This second story accommodation offers the finest in furnishings and features three bedrooms each with a king bed and private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have gas fireplaces and their own private outdoor decks with hot tubs (available in the summer months).
The over sized living room has been designed for entertaining, complete with a 42″ plasma screen Dish Network satellite TV, DVD/Blu Ray video player, Ipod Stereo docking station, pool table, wet bar and is highlighted by a three sided river rock gas fireplace. Adjoining the living area is your indoor hot tub, the largest of the three, that comfortably seats eight. This room has large glass windows capturing a beautiful view of the trees.

| Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel at any time there will be a 10% cancellation penalty on the deposit received. Should you cancel within one month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be 25% on the full amount received, unless we are able to rebook your accomodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to 10%. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to 10%. |
