Refund Policy

When you make your reservation you will charged a 50% reservation deposit, including tax, on your Visa or Mastercard.  One month prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be charged to your card.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a 10% cancellation fee on the deposit received.  Should you need to cancel within one month prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 25% on the full amount received, unless I am able to rebook the accommodation, in which the fee reverts back to 10%.  If you need to cancel within seven days of your arrival, no refund will be possible unless I am able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the cancellation fee reverts back to 10%.

 Sorry, there are no refunds for shortened stays or any occurrences beyond our control (blackouts, snow storms, natural disasters, etc.).   Please consider purchasing travel insurance at the time of your reservation to protect your deposit in the event of cancellation due to weather, job loss, family illness or a death in the family.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in time is 4pm, check-out no later than 11am.
